Built in the early 1850s, when it was known as Rockfield, possibly by Thomas Butler who occupied it at the time of Griffith's Valuation. It later became a Protestant boys' orphanage. In the later 20th century known as Crocknaraw Guest House and renowned for its beautiful gardens. |

Built by Charles Palmer Archer in the 1850s, it later became the home of the Duane family. Home of the Lavelle family in the 1930s who sold it to Colonel Alfred Irwin. Restored and renovated by the present owner Neil O'Donohue in 2005. |
